Wall-Top Electric Fence & Razor Wire, Garissa

This Garissa property needed a robust top-of-wall security upgrade combining both razor wire and an electric fence, the same layered approach Elatec has used on properties across Kenya, adapted here for a stone-block wall construction typical of the region.

Elatec fitted black steel posts along the full wall run, each carrying a coil of razor wire alongside multiple tensioned electric fence wire strands. The combination gives the wall both an immediate physical barrier against climbing and an active live-wire deterrent layer, sharing the same mounting posts along the boundary.

With both systems installed on one continuous run of posts, the property now has a hardened perimeter that matches the standard Elatec applies on similar combined installations in Nairobi and its surrounding counties, delivered here in North Eastern Kenya.
