Combined CCTV & Electric Fence Installation, Limuru

This Limuru apartment complex needed a full perimeter security package rather than a single system: CCTV for common areas and entry points, an electric fence along the boundary wall, and razor wire as an added physical layer, all working together and all visible to residents as a coordinated upgrade rather than a patchwork of add-ons.

Indoors and under eaves, Dahua dome and bullet cameras were mounted to cover corridors, entry points, and building approaches: dome cameras recessed into ceiling positions for discreet common-area coverage, and bullet cameras mounted at corners and eaves to cover open approaches and walkways.

Along the boundary, Elatec fitted a wall-top electric fence with posts running the length of the property, paired with razor wire coils for physical deterrence and a combined siren unit mounted on a boundary pole alongside a camera, so a breach anywhere along the fence line triggers an audible alarm at the same point it's being recorded.

With apartment blocks standing directly behind the perimeter wall, the combined system gives residents layered assurance: physical deterrence from the razor wire and fence, an audible alert the moment the fence is breached, and camera coverage recording the same stretch of boundary the fence protects.
