Cantilever Car Parking Shade, Kileleshwa

This Kileleshwa property's forecourt sits right beneath a striking arched entrance window and gabled roofline, a modern build where the client wanted parking cover in a colour bold enough to hold its own against the house's dark grey exterior.

Elatec fitted a cantilever structure with the support post set to one side of the forecourt, extending a vivid blue tensile fabric roof out over the full paved parking area. The angled cross-bracing keeps the space beneath completely clear, right up to the home's front steps.

Finished and tensioned, the blue canopy now shades the entire forecourt parking area, giving the property covered parking directly at the door in a colour that reads as a deliberate design choice against the house's grey and white palette.
