Automated Swing Gate with CCTV & Razor Wire, Karen

This Karen property's entrance combines several layers of security at a single point: a black double-leaf gate with a decorative wrought-iron crest, a CCTV camera mounted on the boundary pillar, and razor wire and electric fence running along the top of the wall and gate line together.

Elatec fitted Centurion arm-style swing gate motors to each leaf, visible mounted at mid-height against the solid lower gate panels, working within the tight clearance of the stone gate posts. The gate automation was integrated alongside the property's existing CCTV coverage and top-of-wall razor wire and electric fence, rather than installed as a standalone system.

With the gate now motorised, the property's entrance functions as a single coordinated security point: automated access control, camera coverage, and a physical and live-wire deterrent overhead, all converging at the one place every visitor and vehicle has to pass.
